Look carefully at the spaced upholstery nailing around the perimeter of these lovely chairs ! They are evenly placed along the leather 'tape' lines that were a feature of the chairs in their (poor) original condition, carefully reinstated by LCB during the renovation.

Dating from the 1930s, this pair have come up really nicely in the 'yellow tan' leather, complete with original bun feet. As usual, the new leather cushions have a feather/down inner, and the chair backs and bases have been re-sprung with hand tied coil springs.
