We have stripped this late 19th/early 20th Cent. chair down to it's frame and fully restored and reupholstered it, keeping core details, like the buttoning, and enhancing it's comfort with a new cushion instead of the original stuffover seat, plus fitting new bun feet and castors.

We have hand-dyed the leather in our preferred classic tan.

This is a large chair with a very deep seat .... 31"/79cms

It has been pointed out to me that it is quite similar to the Ralph Lauren 'Writers Chair"

Jan '16: now SOLD. The new owner has commissioned us to make a matching 'run up' leather foot stool, copying the details from the front of the chair.
